Everything was good except one thing. I was waiting almost 2 hours turn to financial department for sign loan. My manager Albi provided excellent service, responsive and friendly.

Had a phenomenal experience purchasing my used BMW x1 from Michael Rush at BMW of El Cajon. He took the time to understand my needs and get me the right deal. After purchasing the car, I needed to wait for a couple more inspection points. Although they had already sold me the car, BMW of El Cajon replaced all four tires which was an awesome bonus for me (I was expecting 2). Mike's communication was great every step of the way, including after the purchase to make sure everything was going well. A total pleasure all around working with Mike Rush and BMW of El Cajon!

I had been looking into getting a new car since the lease was ending on my X5. I went to BMW of El Cajon because I just moved to Santee and bought a home. I wasn't expecting to buy right away. I still had five months on my lease and wanted to take my time. I was pleased to see the sales staff literally lined up outside to greet me. Everyone was nice and allowed me my space as I looked at the new models of X5 that I was interested in. Since my home was now solar powered I thought this would be the perfect time to see about an EV or a Hybrid. Jamal let me see the new X5 Hybrid but also suggested I try the IX. I didn't have a feeling either way but his recommendation was so enthusiastic I had to try. I wasn't convinced that the IX would feel like my X5. I was right. It didn't. It felt BETTER... I came back in two days on Independence Day with my lady and invited her to try the ride out with all the options. She was more impressed than I was. This time we went out with Michael Rush. He was very informed. Answered practically all my questions and didn't play games on how much I would have to pay monthly for the car. I told them I would love an IX but I don't want a white one. I said I want the EV version of my X5. Within five min I was literally sitting in the IX version of my black and brown X5. Well played, Mike. That's customer service! I'm not easily impressed. It was like the read my mind. Financing was a bit tricky because it was large amounts on a government holiday. Mike and the rest of the team worked around my bank issues and allowed me and my lady to drive off in a BRAND NEW 2025 IX in less than 90 min. It's been a little over a month now. I am over the moon pleased with my ride and the service I received at BMW of El Cajon. Thank you Mike and Jamal. I appreciate you immensely.
